PlaASDB is a comprehensive and user-friendly database of plant alternative splicing (AS) events in response to environmental stresses (abiotic stress and biotic stress). The database currently includes two important model plants,  Arabidopsis and rice . Using ASTool,it pre-calculated and deposited the AS events of 2,703 Arabidopsis RNA-Seq data sets, including 2,280 abiotic and 423 biotic stress experiments, and 552 rice RNA-Seq data sets, including 410 abiotic and 142 biotic stress experiments. Moreover, other basic transcriptome information (e.g., gene expression and gene co-expression) is also provided in PlaASDB. More
2023/4/18 The PlaASDB database has been published, cited as: Guo, X., Wang, T., Jiang, L., Qi, H., and Zhang, Z. (2023). PlaASDB: a comprehensive database of plant alternative splicing events in response to stress. BMC Plant Biol 23, 225.
2022/12/9 The PlaASDB database (version 1.0) has been released. It contains 2,703 RNA-Seq data sets of Arabidopsis, including 2,280 abiotic and 423 biotic stress experiments, and 552 RNA-Seq data sets of rice, including 410 abiotic and 142 biotic stress experiments.
